Fee for the weekend is $60.  Vendors may set up outside the ballroom.  One table per vendor. One chair per vendor. No one may place, hang or display items on any wall.  No one’s items may extend beyond their space. For safety reasons nothing may be placed in front of or beside your space. Vendors are responsible for their items. You may vend at any time during the Celebration’s normal hours. 

If you wish to vend in your hotel room, we will advertise for you by announcements and flyers. The fee for private room vending is $50. 

Please note “vendor” on your check’s memo line and on your envelope.

Vendor form and check made out to Silver Threads MUST be received by December 15.
